Hello everyone! Back again with me in parallel- blog! Today I will post about one story--yup just one for listening, and choose one song will suitable with the story like my last post. And because today just one story, I think it will be very short. Ok.. Here we go! The story title is The Myth of Hercules: 12 Labors in 18-bits from youtube and the channel is TED-Ed. The length of the video is about 7 minutes, specifically 7 minutes 51 seconds. The story is about the myth of Hercules and the 12 labors. Hercules is son of Zeus and he is hated by Hera because he is born and being her husband’s son. So, Hercules go to the Oracle of Delphi who told him the path to atonement lay with his cousin, King Eurystheus of Tiryns, a favorite of Hera’s. As usual, I will choose one for reading and one for listening. Let’s go!! The first one is reading text title is Orpheus Descending by Jenny Dooly , level 2 with 6636 words.
